Who is responsible for postage costs with store credits?
Unfortunately because of the way most websites work, postage is calculated after redeeming your voucher at checkout. If your total order including postage is below the voucher amount, please contact the store to order with them directly. If your total order including postage is above the voucher amount, you will need to cover postage costs.
Why doesn’t the code work?
We recommend trying the code in both lower & uppercase letters. If the code is sill not working, please contact the store directly to let them know. Most of the time this will be resolved within 48hrs, however if the store hasn’t replied or seen your message let us know and we will chase it up for you.
What happens if the store is giving away a physical prize instead of a store credit?
Please contact the store via DM within 2 weeks of your win to advise them of your postage details. If the store hasn’t replied or seen your message, let us know and we will chase it up for you.
There was a store/account invovled in the giveaway that’s not on the prize list, why?
We include a small number of sponsors in most of our giveaways (usually 2-3). These are accounts that are invovled in the giveaway free of charge meaning there is no prize required from them. Sponsors are usually accounts with a high number of followers used to increase the exposure of the giveaway.
